freeforums.org is great for if you want an easy Arcade extension and professional looking forums, I recommend it as well as forumotion any day.

Also, if you're more tech savvy than most, another great site is [url]000webhost.com[/url]. You can program a website from scratch (for free) and use whatever forum software you want, including myBB, phpbb3, and more.
