Longest Book

What's the longest book you've read?
I don't really judge books by size but I never read too long books. That's because I always want to start reading the next one.

Longest book I've ever read is probably 300 pages long. Not actually that long. But I've read 300 pages books many times. Can't think of what books though.
I think SLAM had 300. And To Kill A Mockingbird

380-399 pages was the highest the book is Mockingjay (the third book in the hunger games series)

I read the last book in the Harry Potter series which is around 1000-1300 pages.

I just can't get into Harry potter to read the book...

It took like a year because I did not have a lot of time to read.

Not me either.. My ex of "harry potter and the deathly hallows" is 783 pages (in Swedish)
The fifth book is longer though, exactly a thousand pages (in Swedish)
I guess that's the longest book I've ever read.

I wouldn't even be able to read the page numbers in Swedish....

Did you know in the U.S. the seventh book was soooo long that they had to split it into 2 movies instead of 1!

Because J.K.'s best friend used to live in the city I live. And she's my dads friend. one day J.K. Rowling came to visit her and she presented us!
Okay not a "friend" but I met her. If you don't believe, look through the books, see who they are dedicated to. I'm Zack's friend. Although I've only seen him twice. And the Weasly family is based on her best friends family.

I've read every harry potter book. The last one was only like 780pg or so.... So, with that being said, I believe the longest book I read was brisingr. (high 800s)

But the book doesn't have 1000+ pages in language.
It has like 700.

I don't really like Harry Potter books. I'm more into the classics. Like Alice's Adventures Underground. The movie is called Alice in Wonderland, which is probably how you call it

When I wrote 2006 I didn't mean that's when I read it. I meant the 2006 version that had been shortened from the original.


I read it last year and then had do do a 10,000 word essay on it (roughly 11 pages size 12 font) analysing every chapter. We found 28 spelling mistakes!!

The Lost Hero by Rick Riordan (Author of Percy Jackson and the olympians) is 557 pages long
